How ProClean Oxford limited started.

I have worked in Contract cleaning since 1991 where I was employed by a Swindon cleaning company as an Operations manager at the age of 21. A huge responsibility but one that gained me a lot of much experience.

Many years of experience and overseeing at times over 100 contracts, I realised in 2009 that I could form my own company whereby I could ensure

I could always meet Client demands, provide a level of service that exceeded expectations and make decisions in the best interest of my Clients and staff.

I believe the role carried out by staff at unsociable hours should be paid at the rate they deserve. All of my employees are on a much greater rate than the minimum wage. This in turn could mean our costings may sometimes be slightly higher than other quotations you receive but paying staff minimum rate does tend to lead to a higher turn over of cleaning staff which can cause a disruption to the level of service provided.

You may receive cheaper quotes than ours but there are two ways they can succeed

1. They get staff to carry out additional work for no extra wages

2. They miss things out and hope you do not notice.

With all of our new clients, I personally work on the contract to ensure a smooth

transition and to get to know your contract and report back to yourselves with

any ways that we can help to save you money and ensure that you are happy with

the services provided by ProClean Oxford Limited.

I currently employ three Area Managers to ensure that all contracts are serviced &

all employees are fully trained. Health & Safety obligations are met and inspections and monitoring take place regularly.
