I have worked in Contract cleaning since 1991 where I was employed by a Swindon cleaning company as an Operations Manager at the age of 21. A huge responsibility but one that gained me a lot of much experience.
Many years of experience and overseeing at times over 100 contracts, I realised in 2009 that I could form my own company whereby I could ensure
I could always meet Client demands, provide a level of service that exceeded expectations and make decisions in the best interest of my Clients and Staff.
With all of our new clients, I personally work on the Contract to ensure a smooth
transition and to get to know your Contract and report back to yourselves with
any ways that we can help to save you money and ensure that you are happy with
the services provided by ProClean Oxford Limited.
Our Area Supervisors ensure that all Contracts are serviced &
all Employees are fully trained. Health & Safety obligations are met and inspections and monitoring takes place regularly.
